Instructions
Wash the fruit, clean it and pitted cherries, by 12 stones.
With spinning out into the juice and put it in a jar.
At this point add the aquavit, pounded spices, cherry kernels and sugar.
Close the jar and let macerate for 1 month.
Spent the time filtered, bottled the ratafia and wait 1 month prior to sampling.

- 150 g of sugar
