Radishes and spring onions
Instructions
Wash radishes and chop coarsely with onions then put them in a salad bowl.
Prepare a citronnette emulsifying 3 tablespoons oil with 2 of lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
Dress the salad with this sauce and serve.
