Fried ravioli with scamorza cheese, greens, bacon and green tomato sauce
Instructions
In a bowl, put the diced cheese, julienned Greens, Diced Bacon and salt.
Working with a spoon.
Roll out the dough thin, make piles with the mixture and make the ravioli.
FRY in plenty of oil and serve with Green Tomato emulsion skinned and pureed with olive oil and salt.
