Instructions

Crush the garlic in a mortar.

Working with rotary movement mix the oil by dropping in line as much as the garlic paste it absorbs.

Add salt a little.

Soak in water the breadcrumbs and squeeze it.

Using fist wrung for 1 Diner, soak it in vinegar, and embed the preparation until obtaining a cream.
