Baked rice with smoked
Instructions
The first thing to do is to prepare the rice, then, scottatelo in boiling salted water and drain it al dente.
Pour into a baking dish and meanwhile cut the diced smoked.
Put it in a pan and add the butter cut into pieces, the Parmesan cheese, milk and pepper.
Simmer for about 4 minutes on low heat stirring constantly until cheese is completely melted.
Next, pour the mixture over the rice, mix carefully levelled the surface with a spatula, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
Serve immediately hot and racy.
Trick: If your not wet rice, before baking, add to other milk.

- 400 g of rice
- 400 g of smoked cheese
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 100 g of butter
- 50 cl of milk
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
