Ham rice (2)
Instructions
Boil the rice.
Melt the butter, season with Sage, add the ham and cook gently.
Beat egg yolks in a bowl with the Parmesan, salt, stir and condirvi rice.
Combine butter and ham, a generous powdered pepper, cream, mix well and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of rice
- 100 g of diced cooked ham
- 50 g of butter
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 fresh egg yolks
- 10 cl of cream
- 2 leaves sage
- Salt
- White pepper
