Yellow rice and meat balls
Instructions
Thinly slice the onion and Brown it without burning in a pan with a knob of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
When it is softened, add the rice, let it roast for a few seconds, take it in kitchen with hot salty broth and, when it is almost cooked, add the sachet of Saffron and plenty of grated Parmesan cheese and pour it into a wreath.
