Cagnone rice with meat sauce
Instructions
Pour the rice in boiling salted water and cook until half-cooked.
Leave it to drain and put it back on the heat with the meat sauce and a ladle of broth and bring it to cooking.
Whisk before serving with a knob of butter and grated Parmesan.

- 600 g of rice
- 2 cups of meat sauce
- Some cookware of broth
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- 1 walnut butter
