Red rice
Instructions
Boil the rice in salted water, drain and place in a bowl.
Meanwhile clean beet and onion and cut them into strips.
Mince the pickled onions.
Chop the chopped anchovies and tuna.
Combine all these ingredients to the rice, add the capers, seasoned with olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and stir it very well.

- 300 g of rice
- 1 already cooked beet
- 1 onion baked
- 8 pickled onions
- 125 g of tuna in olive oil
- 2 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
