Chop garlic and onion and sauté in oil and butter.
Combine the vegetables cut into cubes and season.
Add the rice, let it toast slightly then pour the tomato sauce and bring to the rice cooking by combining, little by little, the broth.
Before serving, stir in a knob of butter and Parmesan cheese.
