Grape beer
Instructions
Take 125 g sugar, 125 g of raisins, soften in warm water, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 lemon, peeled and cut into thin slices, 1 pint of Lager, 1 large cup full of stale bread.
Dissolve the sugar in beer, add the raisins, cinnamon and lemon and put on ice.
Ten minutes before serving, put the bread in a mixing bowl; pour the beer and let it sit a bit to take the right taste, then serve.

- 1 lemon
- 100 cl of lager
- 1 large cup of stale bread
