Pizzaiola risotto
Instructions
Boil the rice in salted water and leave it to drain al dente.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the cheese, salt and freshly ground pepper; combine mozzarella and diced ham.
Butter a baking dish, pour in the rice and cover it with the ingredients in the bowl.
Put the pan on low heat and stir until the mozzarella has melted.

- 400 g of rice
- 1 mozzarella
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of ham
- 50 g of parmigiano
- 1 walnut butter
- White pepper in grains
- Salt
