Colombian risotto
Instructions
Begin to prepare the risotto as normal (by Saute garlic in oil, then adding the rice; when the rice is translucent, add water and salt, a little at a time).
Meanwhile, pass the sausages to mincer and mix the hot bechamel.
When the rice is cooked, turn off the heat, mix the white sauce and then cover it with a layer of mozzarella into slices and another of ham cut into slices; cover and put back on low heat until the mozzarella has melted.

- 2 fists of rice
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50 cl of bechamel
- 4 pork sausages
- 125 g of mozzarella
- 100 g of ham
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Water
