Instructions
Chop onion and shallots and slice the leek.
Let them stew in 60 g of butter and a little water.
Fence with garlic cloves and add it to the mince with rice.
Cook, stirring, then add a little wine and broth.
After 10 minutes remove garlic and bring to cooking rice.
Join the rest of the butter, the taleggio cubes, chopped parsley, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
Mix well and let rest before serving.

- 300 g of rice
- 100 g of shallots
- 1 leek
- 1 onion
- 200 g of taleggio cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 80 g of butter
- 2 cloves
- Chopped parsley
