Chocolate and orange cookies
Instructions
Finely chop the chocolate that the orange zest in food processor with a little bit of flour weighed for sweets.
Put all ingredients in Blender with a pinch of salt and knead very well: the result is a rather soft compound to put in a pastry pocket with a rather coarse nozzle.
Form into balls large baking dish as a cherry and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and when the cookies are cool couple it with some Marmalade and strain from a paper funnel a little melted chocolate flakes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of flour
- 150 g of butter
- 125 g of sugar
- 80 g of chocolate
- 75 g of starch
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder for cakes
- 1 orange (zest)
- 1 pinch of salt
- To complete:
- Orange marmalade
