Instructions
Work the ingredients together until dough is smooth and homogeneous.
On a cutting board and roll out the dough with a rolling pin it to a thickness of about 2 mm.
With a rectangular pit cut out cookies, clip with a knife to form two commas in the Middle, pennellarli with fresh milk and cook in the oven at moderate heat for 8 minutes.

- 100 G = = Margarine
- 150 g of granulated sugar
- 50 g of skimmed-milk powder
- 100 g of semi-skimmed milk
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of vanillin
- 1 sachet of yeast
