Instructions

Clean the turbot and incidetelo with two nicks on both sides.

Put in half a clove of garlic and a little Rosemary.

Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into slices that you will put in a baking dish with 2 tablespoons oil, salt and pepper.

Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

When the potatoes are almost cooked, place on them the turbot with clear skin side upward.

Cook for another 10 minutes, then washed down with white wine.

Salt and pepper the ROAR and then cook for another 10 minutes.

Serve in the same dish.
