Lemon cookies
Instructions
Sift the flour with pastry on the baking powder, the fountain and add sugar, butter, softened and cut into pieces, eggs and vanilla.
Quickly knead everything together and put to rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or so, wrapping it with a plastic wrap.
With a rolling pin roll out the pastry to about half a centimetre thick dough and cut cookies using the appropriate moulds.
Line a baking dish with a sheet of parchment paper, sprinkle on cookies and cook in the oven already hot (180 degrees) for about 10 minutes.
Mix the icing sugar with the juice and lemon rind until a glaze to distribute cookies with the help of a spoon.

- 400 g of flour
- 125 g of butter
- 125 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 sachet of vanillin from 1/2 g
- 1 sachet of vanilla from 15 g yeast
- To decorate:
- 200 g of icing sugar
- == 1 lemon (juice and Zest)
