Orange liqueur (Rosolio D'arancia)
Instructions
From Orange Zest (colored part only) and put it to soak for 40 days with alcohol and vanilla.
Prepare a syrup with sugar and water, let it cool down.
Pour the syrup in alcohol and let it sit for 4 days.
Carefully filtered, bottled, corked and stored in a cool place.
During the first week you tip the bottle once a day because the syrup to mix completely to alcohol.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of alcohol at 90 degrees
- 800 g of water
- 1000 g of sugar
- 3 oranges
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
