Instructions

Knead the flour with the butter, eggs and sugar.

When the mixture is homogeneous combine pine nuts, raisins and baking powder.

Form balls and arrange them on a tray lined with baking paper.

Flatten biscuits slightly and cook in hot oven at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes until they will be golden.

Allow to cool then should by plaque.

You can store in a tin box.
