Instructions
In a bowl, beat the eggs for 10-15 minutes with the sugar.
Add flour (a little at a time), fold the mixture well and then add the whole almonds and mix.
Grease a rectangular Pan (from cake along 26-28 cm) with butter and then sprinkle of breadcrumbs, stick a thin layer.
Pour the mixture into the mould and bake at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes (the mixture grows; if it becomes very red put on a tinfoil).
Check for doneness with a toothpick.
Remove from the oven and when it is cold put the dough in a plastic bag or wrap it well in transparent paper for food (you should not dry out).
The next day, cut into very thin slices (2-3 mm), like a salami.
Cover the baking with parchment paper, place the slices one close to each other and toast at 150 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven when they are light pink.
With the oven cooking times lengthen.
