Instructions
Divide the dough into two parts, one slightly larger than the other.
Roll out on floured pastry Board the biggest piece and cut into a thin pastry, use this to cover the bottom and walls of a round baking dish, greased detachable edged with a knob of butter.
Place the bottom slices of ham, cover with cheese cut into thin slices and put on small diced salami.
2 in a bowl mix eggs, milk, salt and a ground pepper, using a whisk.
Pour the mixture into the Pan and sprinkle with oregano.
Roll out into a thin pastry also the second piece of dough, place them on the filling and the pastry edges ribattete less to close the cake.
Decorate the surface with any leftover pasta, spennellatela with a beaten and bucherellatela yolk with a fork.
Bake the cake in the oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
