Lamb with parsley
Instructions
Prepare the filling.
Very fine chop or puree the 4 cloves of garlic, breadcrumbs and parsley, crumbled.
Add a pinch of salt and butter, then mix well.
When you have a homogeneous compound, store it in the refrigerator, covered with plastic wrap.
Arrange the rack in an ovenproof dish.
Add salt and pepper and pour in the oil.
Distributed around the non peeled garlic cloves and Thyme oil in baking dish.
Cook in the oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread on the filling that will melt slowly.
Serve immediately.

- 3 carré of lamb adult
- 1 head of garlic
- 1 sprig of thyme
- Salt
- Pepper
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- For the filling:
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 20 leaves parsley
- 20 g of fresh bread crumbs
- 50 g of butter
- 1 pinch of salt
