Brutti ma buoni biscuits
Instructions
The doses are for 20 biscuits.
Very finely chopped toasted hazelnuts.
Whip the egg whites until foamy soda and slowly add the chopped hazelnuts, sugar and just a hint of vanilla.
Put the mixture in a non-stick pan and cook on low heat for about half an hour stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
Withdrawn from heat and spread the mixture in spoonfuls, rather loose on the plate of the oven well greased and floured.
Bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 40 minutes without opening the door.
Withdrawn, let cool, remove cookies with a spatula.

- 6 egg whites
- Butter
- Flour
- 1 pinch of vanilla
