Raw cauliflower sauce
Instructions
In a blender put the florets of cauliflower, keep the olives, balsamic vinegar, a pinch of salt and blend by dropping flush the oil until obtaining a creamy paste and homogeneous.
Condirvi spaghetti or noodles cooked al dente and drained, leaving a bit of cooking water.

- 1 small cauliflower
- 1 handful of pitted black olives
- 1 teaspoon of aceto balsamico tradizionale di modena
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pinch of salt
