Instructions
Bring to a boil a pot of water, 3 minutes sbollentarvi pistachios, drain them, put them in a towel and be squeezed well with your hands to remove their skin perfectly.
Chop coarsely.
Pour in a little bowl with balsamic vinegar and add the juice of half an orange, having filtered through a strainer.
Dissolve salt and pepper using the spoon.
Assemble the sauce with a fork until an emulsion swells and smooth.
At this point, add the previously chopped pistachios.

- 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 orange
- 3 tablespoons of fresh pistachios
