Cornmeal cookies
Instructions
Arrange the ingredients in fontana on work surface, knead until obtaining a homogeneous.
With a rolling pin roll out the dough in order to obtain a thickness of about 4-5 mm, with shapes cut out cookies (knead again cutouts to use all the dough).
Arrange on buttered plate of the oven and cook at moderate temperature until they are well browned.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of fine-grain cornmeal
- 100 g of white flour
- 200 g of margarine
- 200 g of sugar
- == 1 lemon (zest)
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of ammonia for cakes
- 1 sachet of yeast
