Orange Sauce (Salsa Arancio)
Instructions
Place over heat sugar, caramel, chopped into small pieces and the orange juice, bring to a boil for about 4 minutes.
Strain and cool.
The preparation is covered well in the fridge for a week.
Great to serve with creme caramel or desserts.

- 500 g of orange juice
- 300 g of sugar
- 100 g of caramel
- 100 g of orange liqueur to taste
