Instructions
Broil Peppers on the plate, open, remove the seeds and inner strands.
Ammollarli in beer for 20 minutes.
Processing them with beer, orange juice, salt and garlic.
Add to the onion mixture, olives and cheese and mix well.
Before serving sprinkle with cheese sauce, crumbled.

- 6 chillies
- 1 cup of beer
- 1 orange (juice)
- Salt
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 1/4 fine chopped onion
- 15 green olives
- 1/2 cup of soft white cheese crumbled
