Pumpkin cookies
Instructions
Peel the pumpkin and lessatela.
Then iron the paper (or mash with a fork).
Put the flour on the table and add fontata all ingredients: knead until mixture is homogenous.
After 20 minutes, the dough sticks; place the sticks in a buttered baking dish and brush with the egg whites.
Put in the oven at 150 degrees for about 30 minutes.

- 1600 g of flour
- 150 g of potato starch
- 6 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- 1200 g of pumpkin
- 700 g of butter
- 800 g of sugar
- 2 sachets of baking powder
