Salsa de chile serrano seco
Instructions
Grind the salt, garlic and onion in a molcajete or in a blender, then add Chiles and water and blend.
Lastly, add the tomatoes and the remaining water and salt to taste.
This sauce has a homogeneous consistency.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cloves of peeled garlic
- 1/2 onion peeled and cut into quarters
- 15 chiles serranos dried, washed and dried, roasted, whole and stem
- 2 great grilled tomatoes
- 2/3 cup of water
