Instructions
Put in a bowl the robiola, stir vigorously with a wooden spoon and add the cream of olives.
Great spread on bread, you can also use it to stuff the tomatoes.
It's nutritious, easy to digest.
If you want to prepare at home the pitted olives cream 100 g.
of green and black olives and blend together with 50 g.
of butter.

- 200 g of robiola cheese (or mascarpone)
- 4 tablespoons of olives cream
