White bread sauce with horseradish
Instructions
Mixed sandwiches cut (possibly without crust) with the hot broth, add saffron, bring to a boil, beat the mixture with the whisk, add, remove from heat, tied with the egg yolks and cream, add the horseradish and season.

- 3 panini of the day before
- 30 cl of beef broth
- 30 g of grated horseradish
- 2 wires of saffron
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 egg yolk
- 10 cl of cream
