Vanilla biscuits
Instructions
Dough: mix together the butter at room temperature, sugar, salt and vanilla bean until mixture is creamy.
Beat the egg and egg yolk by embedding them in the sifted flour with the baking powder and milk.
With a pastry syringe from star-shaped nozzle, squeeze the dough getting you that cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cook for approximately 17 minutes at 200 degrees in the oven already warm.
Once cooked remove them immediately from the Pan and let them cool.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and fill with it a funnel of parchment and decorated cookies.
Tip: freshly baked biscuits are great.
If you want to save them, put them in the freezer: if necessary you can thaw them in a moment.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- For the dough:
- 100 g of butter (or margarine)
- 70 g of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pod vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 toe of yeast
- 200 g of flour
- 7 tablespoons of nonfat milk
- To decorate:
- 40 g of chocolate
