Instructions

On a countertop, pour the flour, fountain soon after, add the butter that you pulled out of the refrigerator at least 20 minutes prior to use, the sugar, the eggs, and finally the ground almonds.

Work the ingredients together with your hands until mixture is smooth, then, create of 5 sticks-6 cm that will roll in remaining sugar and cuocerete for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Let cool and serve.
