Instructions

In a saucepan melt the butter and the finely chopped spring onion insaporitevi.

Just started taking wet color with a small glass of brandy and leave to reduce the liquid by half.

Add three tablespoons of tomato pulp and simmer a few minutes.

Then add a little chopped chervil, a pinch of pepper and a generous splash of Worcester.

Stir and pour into gravy boat.
