Instructions
Using a kitchen mixer, chop together parsley previously rinsed and dried with a paper towel, tarragon, lemon zest, capers and Pickled Gherkin.
Immediately afterwards, pour the sauce into a large bowl and put in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
Suggestion: could you spread the sauce on crispy bread croutons and serve them as an appetizer.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 150 g of mayonnaise
- 1 sprig of chopped parsley
- 1 sprig of tarragon
- 1/2 lemon (zest)
- 1 pickled gherkin
- 1 tablespoon of pickled capers
