Paprika lamb
Instructions
Make browned in hot oil 1000 g of lamb cut into pieces and floured.
Then remove the meat and cooking stir-fry 2 sliced onions and 1 clove of garlic.
Combine the Lamb, season with salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of paprika, add 1 cup of yoghurt, cover and Cook Sweet flame for 30 minutes.
Serve hot with sliced potatoes.
