Sausages with tomato sauce
Instructions
Prick the sausages with a fork, place them in a saucepan, add two tablespoons of cold water and cook over low heat for 10 minutes pinwheels.
When are colorful pour the wine and let evaporate.
Add the chopped diced tomatoes, adjust salt and pepper.
Cover and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
Serve with hot sauce.
Accompanying wines: Val Caleppio Rosso DOC, DOCG Chianti Colli Aretini, Gioia Del Colle Rosso DOC.

- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
