Saltimbocca with marsala
Instructions
Cut the slices into rectangles and cover each rectangle with ham and Parmesan cheese.
Close the rectangles with a toothpick and flour.
Chop the onion and FRY in a pan with butter, then add the saltimbocca and sauté on all sides.
Salt and wet with the marsala.
Let it evaporate over a medium heat and serve the saltimbocca.

- 100 g of ham
- 80 g of cheese parmesan
- 1 glass of marsala wine
- 1 onion
- 30 g of butter
- Flour
- Salt
