Saltimbocca with marsala (2)
Instructions
Cut the slices into rectangles of 5 cm to 10 and have every bit of meat on a slice of ham the same size and a few flakes of Parmesan.
Close the saltimbocca with a toothpick and dip them in flour.
Sauté the finely chopped onion in butter, add the saltimbocca and sauté on all sides.
Wet with the Marsala, let it evaporate over a medium heat and serve warm well saltimbocca.

- 1 glass of marsala wine
