Saltimbocca alla san rocco
Instructions
In a bowl mix the egg yolk with the breadcrumbs, by joining the mozzarella, cut into small pieces.
Beat well the meat slices, add salt, pepper, spread the mixture previously prepared, roll up and fasten with toothpicks.
Put on the heat a casserole semifonda and take it to the right degree of heat, then put the saltimbocca.
Sauté well on both sides, add the wine.
Cook in saucepan for 20 minutes uncovered, turning occasionally.

- 400 g of veal slices
- 1 mozzarella
- Breadcrumbs
- 1 egg yolk
- White wine
- Salt
- Pepper
