Sandokan
Instructions
Prepare the bowl with lemon and orange peels, slices of peach, pineapple cubes and other seasonal fruits.
Add a lot of ice.
Serve in Goblet down, after having passed through a strainer.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 5/6 dry red wine
- 1/6 cointreau
- 1 tablespoon of cognac
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- To serve:
- Some barks of lemon
- Some barks of orange
- Some slices of fishing
- Some cubed of pineapple
- Seasonal fruits
