Pumpkin sandwich with mozzarella
Instructions
Cut the pumpkin flesh into slices an inch and a half high.
Place on a sheet of aluminum foil, add salt, sprinkle with thyme, close the bag and cook in preheated oven at 200 degrees for half an hour.
Cut the mozzarella into slices.
Set the pumpkin and make sandwiches with two slices of pumpkin and mozzarella cheese in between.
Align the sandwich in a buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese and butter flakes.
Put in the oven for about 10 minutes.

- 600 g of pumpkin pulp
- 300 g of mozzarella
- Grated cheese
- Thyme
- Butter
- Salt
