Instructions
Prepare the various ingredients used for the filling.
Mix the minced beef meat a little bread crumbs soaked in milk, formed some big balls like hazelnuts, flour them.
In a pan heat the oil and butter and fry the meatballs.
Put them aside.
Coarsely chop the mushrooms, soaked in warm water, sprinkle the pretzels and bake covered for 20 minutes with a knob of butter.
Always butter flavored chicken livers cleaned, washed and sliced; only at the end of cooking sprinkle the pretzels.
In a pan seared the sausage bared and crumbled.
Cut the mozzarella into cubes.
Fry the onion in butter, add the tomato pulp, then pour in the rice and, little by little, the stock stirring until the rice is cooked al dente.
Grease a baking Tin well and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Coated bottom and sides with a layer of rice and then add the ingredients of the filling mixed among them; Finally the beaten eggs.
Cover everything with the remaining rice.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Withdrawn, let stand 10 minutes, then put the Saadat on the serving dish and serve immediately this sumptuous main course.
