Beat first and then flour just the scallops and fry gently in the butter foamy.
Meanwhile, prepare with a little olive oil in a pan, a sauce with tomatoes, garlic and a sprig of parsley.
Add the mushrooms, cut into thin slices.
When the sauce is ready, pour it into the bowl of sliced, leaving season a couple of minutes and serve it hot.
