Baked Scallops (Scaloppe al Cartoccio)
Instructions
Prepare 4 rectangles of aluminum/anointed one side and wet environment on the other.
On the greasy place meat slices, cover with slices of tongue, cheese, artichokes, olives, a little salt and pepper.
Close the wrappers and bake on the oven hot plate at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
Serve freshly removed from wrappers and oven open slightly.

- 4 slices of veal breast
- 4 slices of fontina cheese
- 4 slices of salnitrata language
- 4 artichokes in olive oil
- 8 pitted green olives
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
