Lamb with olives
Instructions
Brown the meat in hot oil for 10 minutes to get it out from the Pan and, in the same oil, Saute chopped onions and crushed garlic.
Combine the meat again.
Add the chopped Mint and thyme, salt and pepper.
Add the broth and lemon juice.
Add the olives and tomato sauce.
Bake covered for 1 hour at moderate heat.

- 1500 g of breast of lamb into pieces
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100 g of pitted greek olives
- 1 bunch of mint
- 1 lemon
- 50 cl of broth
- 5 cl of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 2 onions
- Thyme
- Salt
- Pepper
