Veal scaloppine with truffles
Instructions
Melt butter, add a few tablespoons of olive oil and bake the slices of lightly salted flour and meat.
Remove the meat, strain the cooking, add the marsala and reported the fire.
Grate the truffle shavings on the scallops, stir for a few minutes over medium heat, grate some truffle and serve.
