Breaded scampi with aromatic garnish
Instructions
Passed to the bread mixer, having deprived of crust.
Clean the scampi peeling away the heads from tails; the latter, but not the tip of the shell for garnish.
Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, a pepper macinatona, put them in the ground and then let them brown bread, one minute on each side, in a drizzle of hot oil.
Freshly cooked, place on a plate covered with paper towels and keep warm.
Cut thinly the garlic cloves and potatoes.
Throw them into cold water, then drain, dry them well with a paper towel and let them cook in 2 tablespoons hot oil, holding on a moderate flame, why crispy without turning black.
Renewed oil and cook in the same way as the slats of garlic.
The dishes prepared putting in each 3 fried shrimp, some sliced garlic and potatoes and a small bouquet of herbs and salad dressed with a drizzle of olive oil.

- 300 g of potatoes
- 6 slices of bread
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Variety of herbs (chervil, dill, mint)
- White pepper
- Olive oil
- Salt
